General Responsibilities & Duties

  • Must be able to accurately mix product ingredients with water at customer specified ratios
  • Must be able to batch marination mix at rate which meets the department needs
  • Must adhere to all safety requirements in accordance with your safety training
  • Must be willing and able to perform tasks in other areas or departments as directed by members of management



  • Must be able to able to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Must be able to comprehend simple instructions, and apply common sense
  • Must be able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Must be able to multitask and work quickly
  • Must be a team player and be willing to work closely with other employees at different stations (less than 3 feet apart)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have adequate hand and eye coordination


Physical Demands

  • Must be able to work in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Must be able to withstand the use of your hands, arms, and wrists in a repetitive motion for 8-10 hours per day
  • Must use hands to handle, control, or feel objects and tools
  • Must be able to bend and/or twist your body as necessary to complete your work assignment
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • Must be able to kneel, stoop, and/or crouch
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
